- Fixed price per phase
- Live within 30 days
- Your cloud, your code
- BAA signed
- No commitment past the phase
Your first program's invoices and audit trail generate from the care minutes. Within 30 days.
For CCM, PCM and RPM operators whose month-end is assembled by hand from spreadsheets or a per-patient tool. One program or one partner practice goes live first; you decide about the rest when you have seen it.

Care minutes as structured records
Who logged them, when, for which patient and program, with an append-only edit trail that answers a CMS records request as a query instead of a scramble.
Invoices and the month-end report, generated
Monthly provider invoices (99490, 99439, 99426, 99427) and the month-end report produced from those records, matching your current numbers to the dollar before you switch anything off.
Everything in your own cloud
Built in an account in your name, owned by you, under a signed BAA before any patient data is loaded.
How it runs
- Scoping is a 30-minute screen-share of your month-end. You show; you do not send. No data leaves you until you are a client.
- The first program runs beside whatever you use today, from an export. You replace when the numbers match, not before.
- The phase ends with a walkthrough and a decision point. Continuing is a new fixed-price phase, in writing, before it starts.
What it costs
A fixed price for the phase, in writing within 48 hours of the screen-share.
- Half to start, half at the walkthrough.
- No commitment past the phase. The code is yours either way.
- No retainer and no revenue share. Support after go-live is scoped and priced separately when you want it.
On the screen-share (30 minutes)
- Step 1
You walk through one month-end as it happens today: where the minutes live, how the invoices get built, what a records request looks like.
- Step 2
We agree which program or partner practice goes first and what "matches" means for its numbers.
- Step 3
You get the written scope and the fixed price within 48 hours.
Why one program first
The care-management organization in our published case study ran about 3,200 patients on Excel before its first program went live on the platform. It is past 8,000 patients now on the same back office. Starting with one program is how it found out the system worked before betting the rest on it.
Questions people ask
We're on a per-patient platform. Is this a replacement?
Not on day one. The first program runs beside it, from an export of the time logs. You replace when the generated invoices match your current ones, and only for that program.
Does this cover what a CMS audit asks for?
It records what the audit asks for: time, who logged it, consent and care-plan status, with no silent edits. Whether a given program qualifies for billing is a clinical and billing question, not a software one.
Why not just quote the whole platform?
Because the price of the whole platform depends on what the first program shows. One program is small enough to price in writing after a 30-minute call and large enough to prove the approach on your real numbers.
Where are you?
The team works from Pakistan on US business hours, and the code lives in your cloud account, not ours.
