• $3,500 fixed
  • Live in 3 weeks
  • Your cloud, your code
  • BAA signed
  • Half paid on results

Your staff stop pulling remittances from one payer's portal. In three weeks.

For practices and billing companies that collect ERAs payer by payer. One payer's remittances arrive in your billing system by the route that payer permits, with no login, no CAPTCHA tricks and no risk to your account.

What you get

The route, confirmed before you pay

Your first payer's route is checked against the payer's terms and your clearinghouse's enrollment list before any quote: an 835 through the clearinghouse, a payer API, or a portal the payer allows in writing.

That payer's 835s posting into your system

On a schedule, into QuickBase, your practice-management system or your billing software, with a job log and a screenshot of every run so you can see what happened without asking anyone.

Code and infrastructure in your own account

Built in a cloud account in your name, owned by you, with a signed BAA before any patient data is touched.

How it runs

  • We automate a payer portal only where the payer's terms of use allow it or the payer has approved it in writing, and we do not work around CAPTCHA, bot detection or two-factor login.
  • Where the payer offers an 835 through your clearinghouse, that is the route, and the work is the enrollment plus the posting into your system.
  • Where no permitted route exists for a payer, we say so, and there is no quote for that payer.

What it costs

$3,500, fixed.

  • Half to start. The other half after one calendar month in which that payer's remittances posted with zero staff portal logins, read from the job log.
  • Each further payer: $1,000 to $1,500 depending on the route, quoted in writing before it starts.
  • Maintenance after that is hourly, and only for what you ask for.

On the call (30 minutes)

  1. Step 1

You name your highest-volume payers. We say which one has the cleanest permitted route.

  2. Step 2

We confirm what "posted" means in your system.

  3. Step 3

You get the written scope the same day.

Why one payer first

A single payer is small enough to fix the price and large enough to prove the route end to end. Once that payer's remittances have posted for a month with nobody logging in, you know exactly what the second one costs and whether you want it.

Questions people ask

Can the payer lock our account?

Not through this. Nothing runs on a portal that forbids automation, and nothing bypasses a human check such as a CAPTCHA or a two-factor code. Where the route is an 835 through your clearinghouse or a payer API, there is no portal session at all.

Do we have to share patient data before we start?

No. Nothing leaves you until the BAA is signed and the build is running in your own cloud account.

What if our clearinghouse already sends us 835s for that payer?

Then we pick another payer, or tell you there is nothing to build. The route check happens before the quote for exactly this reason.

What counts as the first month for the second payment?

One calendar month in which that payer's remittances posted into your system with zero staff portal logins. The job log is what we both read; if it shows a gap, the second half is not due.

Where are you?

The team works from Pakistan on US business hours, and the code lives in your cloud account, not ours.
