- Fixed price per phase
- Three weeks
- Your account, your code
- No retainer, no revenue share
- Free to leave after Phase 1
Build the first working version of your healthcare platform in three weeks. You own it either way.
For founders building a care platform, a clinic operating system or a healthcare MVP. Phase 1 builds the whole path once: one client, one intake, one episode, one visit, one billing-ready record, with the rules and compliance a US launch needs already in the foundation. At the end you have something your first users can try, and a decision to make.
Book a requirements callWhat you get
A foundation that does not need rebuilding
The data model and roles, with HIPAA requirements, data residency and the state rules that apply as modules from the first version, so a second state or a second country is configuration, not a rebuild.
The happy path, working end to end
Deployed in a cloud account in your name with us as collaborator, so your first users can log in and try it while you decide what comes next.
The plan for everything after, which you own
A walkthrough recording, the written architecture, and a costed plan for the later phases. Yours whether or not you continue with us.
How it runs
- A weekly 30-minute check-in and a written update every Friday on a project page you can open any time: done, next, waiting on you.
- A decisions log, one dated line per choice, so nothing depends on memory.
- You are free to take the code to any developer at any point. Phase 1 exists so you can decide with something real in front of you.
What it costs
A fixed price for Phase 1, in writing after a requirements call.
- Half to start, half at the walkthrough.
- No retainer and no revenue share. If you continue, each later phase is priced the same way: fixed, in writing, before it starts.
- Hosting runs in your own account and you see every bill. A small platform at launch typically sits well under $100 a month, with a spending cap set on day one.
On the requirements call (30 minutes)
- Step 1
You describe the business: who the users are, what a single episode of care looks like, who pays and under what rules.
- Step 2
We say what belongs in Phase 1, what waits, and where the rules need to be modules from day one.
- Step 3
You get the written scope and the fixed price for Phase 1 within 48 hours.
Why the whole path once
A first phase that builds one feature deeply leaves you unable to judge the rest. A first phase that builds the whole path thinly lets your first users try it, shows you what the platform will feel like, and gives both of us real numbers for the phases after.
Questions people ask
I'm prototyping the data model myself. Is that wasted?
No. It is the best input a requirements call can have. We build on what you have learned rather than starting from a blank page.
Can we start with a web app and add a native app later?
Yes. A web app works anywhere, on a phone or in a browser, and a native app can come later for the people who need it. The choice is yours before Phase 2, not before Phase 1.
What if we cannot afford the later phases yet?
Then you stop after Phase 1 with a working first version, the architecture and the plan, and come back when the business is ready. There is no retainer running in the meantime.
Where are you?
The team works from Pakistan on US business hours, and the code lives in your cloud account, not ours.

Phase 1 for founders
Three questions first, then the booking page. If this is not the right fit, the questions say so before anyone's time is spent.
